Manish Sinha is a senior airport professional, presently working as Chief Operating Officer, RGI Airport Hyderabad. He is primarily responsible for management of Airport Operations strategically working on increasing overall operational efficiency, Business Excellence and ASQ improvement. One of the Key initiatives in the current role is to address the process overlap and conflict between different departments of Airport Operations for seamless passenger processing and aircraft turn around.  He was proactively served as member of the state Advisory Committee on schedule Air Transport of DGCA & Member of Airdrome Standards Committee of DGCA. In his leadership, Hyderabad Airport was awarded with ACI Director General's Roll of Excellence. He has established 1st AOCC in India in 2007. He also introduced the concept of FBO (Fixed Base Operations) first time in India. He has proven his expertise in Report Coordination and Implementation of the Functional Airports in India.

He has been speaker in Aerodrome India and ICT Aviation Forum organized by SITA. He has proven expertise in providing timely solutions to complex Airport Business issues involving government and regulatory authorities in multi stakeholder environment. He is Certified Coach & Job Evaluator by Hay’s Group and has been associated as a core member in succession planning, identification and grooming of TETs (Top Emerging Talents).He is Passionate about Green Airport concept- have been a key player in getting the GHG emission level down. RGI Airport was recently awarded ACI Airport Carbon Accreditation award for Level 3. 

He has varied and rich experience in managements of the airport for more than 22 years. Prior to joining GMR Group, he was a heading the department of Airport operation services at Mumbai International Airport as Associate Vice President. He was also associated with Airport Authority of India from 1992 to 2007. He holds a bachelor degree in Science and MBA with Specialization in Marketing.
