Iman Khalid Al Marzouqi joined Abu Dhabi Airports in 2013, bringing with her over twenty years of experience in human resources management, development strategies and processes. She then became SVP Human Resources and Acting Chief Human Resources, in 2015.

In her current role, she is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s Emiratization strategy and working closely with business heads to implement human capital programs and requirements in all areas including: recruitment, retention, assessment, succession, management development, compensation and rewards.   

Previously, Iman held the position of Head of Human Resources at Etihad Airways, where she led several successful initiatives for organizational culture integration, Emiratization projects and induction programs, with an energetic and systematic approach. 

She was formerly the Organizational Development Group Director in Agthia Group, where she managed organizational development plans including Emiratization and talent management for the company’s business units.  

Prior to joining Agthia, Iman worked as a Corporate Support Director in Tabreed for five years heading the Human Resources, Admin and Communications Department within both regional and MEA markets. She also had a very interesting career in Schlumberger Middle East for about four years, handling recruitment and training in the MEA region, UK and US.

Iman launched her professional career in Human Resources working with the Ministry of Education & Youth & Tanmia (National Human Resources Development & Employment Authority) in Dubai.

Iman holds B.Sc. (Science) in Business Management and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the American University of LA, in addition to a Masters in Human Resources Management from WB University USA. She also completed a Human Resources Consultancy Diploma from the Chartered Association of Business Administration in Canada. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the Chartered Association of Business Administrator in Canada.
