Gautsil Madani joined PT Angkasa Pura II in 1999 as Electronic Engineering Staff and started his managerial position as the Assistant Manager of Property Business Development. He then moved up the ladder as the Administration and Commercial Division Head, Airport Business Relation Manager, Deputy Director of Subsidiary Business until he holds the current position as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.
 
Gautsil earned his Master degree from University of Indonesia in the field of actuarial management, and completed the Airport Executive Leadership Programme at University of Concordia as well as International Airport Professional from ACI, ICAO.
