Eu Jin Tay, Chief Analytics Officer, AirAsia BIG Loyalty Programme

Eu Jin was appointed as the Chief Analytics Officer to start up the Analytics and CRM responsibility at Air Asia BIG. Since joining the company, Eu Jin has focussed on driving member engagement, customer insights and development of CRM strategies. With industry experience of more than 20 years across various international Banks, Telco and Airlines, he has in-depth exposure and knowledge in Finance, CRM, Analytics and Marketing.  
 
Prior to joining Air Asia BIG, Eu Jin worked at HSBC Bank and was responsible for managing the overall credit card portfolio. He is a Chartered Management Accountant having graduated from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and holds a MBA from the Heriott Watt University at Edinburgh.
