Dario Schuler, Senior Associate Partner, Aviado Partners Consulting GmbH

Dario Schuler is a Senior Associate Partner of Germany-based international aviation consultancy Aviado Partners which works with airlines and airports across a range of topics including strategic planning, M&A, organisational development, restructuring and competition/anti-trust issues.

Dario leads the firm’s offering in corporate governance, organizational design, and human resources solutions. He is also in charge of the firm’s Catalytic Solution Environment methodology, an offering that enables clients to reach implementation ready solutions to their most complex challenges within two to four days. 

As a management advisor, coach and interim manager, Dario has guided the corporate and political decision makers of aviation companies around the globe towards creating high performance governance and organization structures as well as fostering the capacity of management processes and controlling systems. He combines know how in economics, cybernetics and communication with his broad based line management experience. Dario leverages his education as a systemic coach when it comes to empowering individuals in their capacity to deal with the challenges of complex multinational restructurings. 

Prior to joining Aviado Partners, Dario was an Associate Partner in Athena Aviation LLP. Besides senior positions in strategy and organizational consulting, he was the Head of the Executive Office for one of the Big Four professional services firms and the Director of Human Resources with responsibility for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Russia in a global management advisory firm. He started his career in commercial banking and credit risk management at one of the universal banks in Germany and the US. Dario graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann in Germany and as Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of International Management (M.I.M.) in the US. He holds associate professorships at universities in Germany and the US.
