After graduating from Aoyama University International Politic and Economic, she joined ANA starting her position in Inflight Services department. Then she moved to Loyalty Marketing department, where she gained expertise in mileage program management. She mainly worked on airline partnerships and Star Alliance marketing projects. Then she spent 4 years as Loyalty Manager at Star Alliance GmbH where she further gained expertise in this area. After spending 4 years at Star Alliance GmbH, she returned to ANA and worked in areas such as Alliance, Product & Services and Corporate Sales. Then she joined Vanilla Air in April 2016 and has become Senior Executive Vice President in June 2016. As a member of board at Vanilla Air, she mainly looks after Commercial, Corporate Planning, Finance, IT and Human Resources.
