When evaluating and determining the overall performance, it is crucial to have a balanced view of all terminal systems from the perspective of different airport stakeholders and users. Therefore, IATA and ACI have joined forces to provide an objective and unbiased analysis of the Level of Service (LoS) at terminal facilities. An independent LoS Assessment will also help determining the best possible solutions to optimise the passenger experience – such as reducing congestion and waiting times throughout the journey within the terminal.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
