Carlos Jovel, Vice President, Revenue Innovation, LATAM Airlines Group

Carlos Jovel is Salvadoran, he holds a business and economics degree from the Escuela Superior de Economia y Negocios de El Salvador, a Diploma in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Master in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He has been involved in the airline industry since the year 2000 holding executive positions in different areas such as Revenue Management, Planning, Alliances, Distribution and Innovation, across leading companies in Central America, Mexico and South America. He is currently Vice President of Revenue Innovation at LATAM Airlines Group, the largest carrier in Latin America with international operations from South America to every continent, and domestic operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. In his current position, Mr. Jovel has direct responsibility over Revenue Innovation, Pricing Execution, Distribution Systems, Revenue Integrity, Commercial Innovation, Commercial Systems and Business Intelligence. His current focus is to secure (through innovation and simplification) that LATAM executes world class revenue management. He lives in Santiago de Chile with his wife, his three children and his dog.
