Yow Wee is responsible for the Station Operations for the North-South and East-West lines. He lead the Station Staff to build trust and bring on smiles to the Passengers. Previously he helms the SMRT Passenger Service Department as a Director and his task is to rebuild the Service Excellence mind-set across all SMRT Business Units for a better Customer Experience. Prior to his customer service role, he was in operation management running SMRT Buses Operations and SMRT Circle Line Stations Operations. His previous tenures were Logistic Management with Singapore Post Ltd and DHL (Singapore) Express Pte Ltd.
