Philippe Lorand, Director Asia, SNCF

Mr. Lorand is currently Director Asia, and Projects Director for India, within the International Corporate Division of SNCF group. 
Philippe has been working for 25 years in strategy and business development, first in the USA, as a Division Manager for ALSTOM developing and building infrastructure projects (USA, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, UAE, Turkey, Tunisia) and in Europe for VINCI group, the world’s leading integrated concession-construction group. 
Prior to his position at SNCF, Philippe served as Senior Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at RATP Dev, the affiliate of metro of Paris established in 2002 to develop the operating and maintenance urban transport operator in the world. Philippe was Business Development Director and Executive Committee Member, and sat also as a Board Director at VEOLIA Transport-RATP Dev Asia and India.
