Carolyn has been in the government service for 20 years. She has been a division manager of the Light Rail Transit Authority since 2010, responsible for the direction, policy and guidelines formulation for the daily ticket sales revenue and ticket production reconciliation of the previous magnetic card based AFC system, as well as, for the current reconciliation and settlement of the contactless card based AFC system for the LRTA, directing a team to handle day to day reconciliation and settlement of rail revenue.
Have also worked in the private sector, as public transport operator specialist and relationship manager, during this brief stint, she has been part of the team responsible in the successful launch and implementation of the AFC Contactless Ticketing System in the three (3) Light Rail Transit lines in the Philippines.
Carolyn is skilled in project initiation, monitoring and implementation, analyzing and adapting changes, collaborating with project teams to achieve goals.
She graduated Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Masters in Business Administration from the Philippine Christian University and Education Program Certificate from the De La Salle University.
