Dong Wang, Research Fellow, City University of Hong Kong

Dr. Dong Wang was a recipient of Hong Kong PhD Fellowship in 2012 and received his Ph.D. at the City University of Hong Kong in 2015. 

His research interests include prognosis and health management (PHM), condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, signal processing, data mining, nondestructive testing, and statistical modeling. He is the first author for 37 SCI-indexed journal papers. He was invited to be a reviewer for 49 SCI-indexed journals and reviewed over 300 journal papers before. 

In recognition to his contributions to Journal of Sound and Vibration, Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, Signal Processing, Journal of Power Sources, Microelectronics Reliability, Annals of Nuclear Engineering and International Journal of Mechanical Science, he was awarded Elsevier Outstanding Reviewer Status 7 times. He was a lead guest editor/ guest editor for several SCI-indexed journals and a technical committee member for several conferences. He was a referee for the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development Program (FONDECYT) of Chile. Currently, he is an editorial board member for Journal of Low Frequency Noise Vibration and Active Control and an associate editor for IEEE Access.
