Mr. Liu Chiu-Liang is the Director of Systemwide E&M Project Office, Department of Rapid Transit Systems at Taipei City Government. He holds a Masters degree of Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan Institute of Technology. He previously a Director with the Electrical and Mechanical Design Division as well as a Director with the Construction Management Division at The Department of Rapid Transit Systems.
