  C.C Chsng is currently a Committee Member on the New Taipei City Light Rail System as well as a Professor at the Department of Transportation & Logistics Management at Chung Hua University.

C.C. Chang had awarded the outstanding engineer in the Society of Chinese Mechanical Engineering and the certificate of honor in the Chinese institute of Transportation.

With extensive and intensive rail knowledge and experience, he is a professional rail man of CSI (Providing Connection, Solution and Integration) for railway project.
