	Kim Bush is the Deputy Director, Industry Partnerships for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and is based in Seattle, Washington. The Foundation is guided by the belief that every life has equal value. Promoting active engagement with industry is essential for achieving high impact global health outcomes than can help enable all people, especially those living in extreme poverty, to lead more healthy and productive lives. Kim joined the foundation in September 2011 after completing a thirty year career at Baxter International that included multiple assignments leading Vaccine, Bio-Therapeutic, and Medical Device related sector businesses. At Baxter, Kim established and directed Baxter’s global Vaccine Business focused on the development and launch of both bacterial and viral based vaccines. He also managed Baxter’s global Blood Therapies, Scientific Products, and Life Sciences business franchises.	Share this
