Information for journalists
All journalists must register in advance and bring press accreditation in the form of an official valid press card.
Journalists holding other forms of accreditation are requested to provide full details of their organisation and photo identification so their status can be confirmed with their office.

Press pass request
Due to space limitations, it is sometimes necessary to limit the number of passes available to one per company. Please note that due to space constraints still and video cameras and crew will not be permitted access to the main conference room.
Interviews and photography
Speakers may be available for interview between conference sessions. Terrapinn will be pleased to help set up interviews but cannot guarantee acceptance.
Press photography is not permitted at any time. Please be aware that an official photographer may be present but pictures taken are not publicly available.
Reference to the conference
We would be extremely grateful if all journalists could, when reporting on the event, include the name of the event as “World Vaccine Congress Asia” and the organiser as “Terrapinn Pte Ltd”.
