Dr Robert Zolynas, Vice President, Bayer Animal Health

Dr. Robert Zolynas has an extensive pharmaceutical and clinical research leadership and management experience. He currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development for Bayer Animal Health North America. In his current role, Dr. Zolynas leads all North American animal health pharmaceutical, biological, and pesticide development activities. His research interests include parasitology, infectious diseases, and immunomodulators of both companion and production animals. Prior to joining Bayer Animal Health, Robert held various clinical research development positions at Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development and Schering-Plough Corp. 

Dr. Zolynas currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC) and American Heartworm Society (AHS). 

Dr. Zolynas received DVM degree from Lithuanian Veterinary Academy and an M.B.A. from Indiana State University. Robert also has an M.B.A. in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
