Dr. Ritchie is the CEO and Chief Scientific Officer of Med-Life Discoveries, a Canadian biopharma company developing plasmalogen-based therapeutics for RCDP and other neurological conditions. He obtained his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Saskatchewan and has accrued over 20 years of experience developing diagnostic and therapeutic products. He has expertise in several disciplines including rare disease, analytical method development and validation, mass spectrometry, metabolomics, biostatistics and informatics. He holds several patents and publications relating to in vitro diagnostic products and plasmalogen therapeutics.
