Paulo Roberto Costa is the Chief Downstream Officer and Member of the Executive Board for Petrobras. He is the Petrobras Downstream Executive Officer as well as Chairman of the Board of Refinaria Alberto Pasqualini - REFAP, Chairman of the Board of Refinaria Abreu e Lima S.A. – RNEST, Member of the Board of Complexo Petroquímico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – COMPERJ, Member of the Board of Petrobras Transporte S.A. - TRANSPETRO, Member of the Board of Petrobras Química S.A. – PETROQUISA and Member of the Board of Petrobras Biocombustíveis S.A. He is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from Universidade Federal do Paraná in 1976 and joined Petrobras in February 1st 1977.
