Before joining Galp Energia in 2004, Daniel held various positions in Schlumberger and Transocean at various locations (Nigeria, UK, France and Brazil). He has a mechanical engineering degree from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa and the University of Glasgow; an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore) and a Masters in Petroleum Business from UFRJ/COPPEAD in Rio de Janeiro.
