What is the NOCs Congress
The 7th annual World National Oil Companies Congress is where leaders of the world’s NOCs meet each other and their partners to debate and decide the future of the oil and gas business.
The Congress provides a critical platform to create and develop the partnerships necessary to secure success in an uncertain and volatile world.
