Derek Wang, CEO, Bell Curve Capital

Derek Wang, CEO of Bell Curve Capital, has over 15 years of experiences in option trading and quantitative research.  Derek worked at Peak6, Ronin Capital, and Capstone Investments, some of the top firms in the option trading industry.  In 2010, Derek founded Bell Curve Capital and built it into an efficient volatility trading firm with consistent profitable track records.  He develops and manages the proprietary research process, volatility model, comprehensive trading tools, algorithmic trading, electronic execution technology (including several FIX engines connecting to major Wall Street firms), and risk management system and principles.  BellCurve has full automation from trading to operation, covering all liquid US equity options and corresponding equities.  Derek has a PhD in Physics from University of Pennsylvania (1992).
