Dennis Waldron, SVP, Enterprise Data Architect, Northern Trust

Dennis Waldron is a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data Architect at The Northern Trust Company. Formerly, Dennis was the Chief Data Steward for Northern Trust Wealth Management. Prior to his career with Northern Trust, Dennis was the Global Lead Architect for the Oracle Practice at Accenture, Director of Enterprise Architecture for ACNielsen, Data Management executive for Discover Financial Services, and an Information Management Solution Architect at IBM. Most recently, he served as Chief Solution Architect & Big Data Champion at Teradata. He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Sciences from Grand Valley State University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University where his doctoral dissertation was in distributed real-time computing. Dennis has been a board member for TDWI (The Data Warehouse Institute) Chicago Chapter since 2009 and is the founder of the Business Intelligence User Group of Chicago.
