Exploring the new horizons for the mobile industry
Mr Ronan Dunne | CEO O2
Ronan joined O2 prior to demerger from BT in 2001, and following a number of senior finance roles, most recently as CFO, Ronan became CEO of Telefónica UK in January 2008. Prior to joining O2, Ronan held senior financial positions in Banking and the Corporate sector, most recently at Exel plc. He was born and educated in Ireland and moved to the UK in 1987. Ronan is Chairman of Tesco Mobile, Telefonica's highly successful joint venture with Tesco and a non executive director of Amobee Inc, the company defining mobile advertising. Ronan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) and of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).
