James Weeks, Product Manager, Digital Video, Accenture

With almost 20 years of experience in broadcasting and publishing, James has led projects in the fields of Strategy, Analytics, Product Definition, Product Management, Broadcast and Publishing workflow, CMS design, and Digital Video.

He worked for Sky for 13 years and Telegraph Media Group for 3 years before joining Accenture. His first job was as a broadcast journalist - a programme producer on a live rolling TV news network. He helped the channel move from tape to digital, ran the graphics team for a war and two general elections, and then created their suite of digital products, including mobile apps and red-button propositions. He holds an MA from the University of Cambridge, attending the Judge Business School in his final year. James holds a Royal Television Society award for Innovation, is a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society, and holds a patent. James is looking forward to facilitating a lively interactive roundtable discussion on “Monetizing the Video Opportunity”,  1 November 2017 and welcomes delegates from the conference keen to discuss data !
