Mr Biao Chen holds a number of positions, such as Managing Partner of Jinjiang Mining Fund, focusing on non-ferrous and precious metals investment in Southeast Asia, Deputy Secretary General of International Sub-Association of China Mining Association, Partner/Chairman of Jinjiang Venture Capital, etc. Mr Chen was formerly Vice President of Mining Division at Creat Group, where he managed Galaxy Resources (ASX:GXY) and Creat Resources Holding (AIM:CRHL), established a number of mining funds and  invested in a number of domestic public companies. He also held Chief Investment Officer of Rongfeng Holding Group (SSE: 000668) which eventually acquired Asia TV in 2010 and invested in Bank of Beijing and 6 other financial institutions.
