Mr Rafaai Samsi, Chief Customer Experience and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Telekom Malaysia

Dato’ Rafaai Samsi, Chief Customer Experience of Telekom Malaysia (TM), holds a Master in Communication Management from the University of Strathclyde. Newly appointed as CTIO (Chief Technology and Innovation Officer) of Telekom Malaysia (effective 18 February 2017) and also a Chief Customer Experience (CCX) since 2013. As Chief Customer Experience (CCX), he is currently responsible on the overall customer service management while at the same time required to design, plan and implement new eco-system that will enhance an end-to-end customer experience, hence transforming the company into a stronger customer centric organization. He has 38 years of experience in telecommunication & ICT industry covering network development, network operation, retail business, wholesale business, carrier services, product development, customer service and consultancy works.
