Matthew has worked in telecoms, managed services and outsourcing for over twenty years. He specialises in transforming business operations by applying network innovation to open up new potential in customer business models. A proven track record of transformational solutions has included a variety of Fortune 500 companies and other high profile organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Deutsche Bank, the BBC, Noble Group, Jabil Circuit and AIA.
Matthew leads Customer Innovation and Design at BT Global Services for the Asia, Middle East, Africa and Turkey region. He and his team are responsible for presales design, complex technology delivery and in-life innovation for transformational solutions and managed services across the region. His success in this field has come from a practical and grounded approach that uses new technology as a tool to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Matthew holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BA in Economics and Computing, both from the University of Kent at Canterbury
