Weiguo Chang, Director, Network Planning and Product Development, China Telecom Global

Mr. Chang has over 17 years’ international telecom operations experience in the global network planning, construction and maintenance, and has 13 years’ university academic experience in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication (BUPT) as an associate professor. 
Before joining China Telecom Global Limited, he worked as Deputy GM of China Unicom Singapore Operations Limited, and also served various managerial roles for carrier relations, data products and services as well as submarine cable planning and construction at China Unicom HQ.
