Thomas Soerensen, Managing Director, Oceania and Global Maintenance Strategy, TE SubCom

Thomas Soerensen is Managing Director for Oceania and Global Marine Maintenance Strategy at TE SubCom. Thomas has been the industry for more than 17 years and held various senior management positions at Alcatel Submarine Networks and TE SubCom within Project Management, Operations, Marine Maintenance and Sales & Marketing of turnkey under sea telecommunication cable systems. 

Before joining the telecom industry in year 2000, Thomas served as Master Mariner in the Merchant Marine.

Thomas was a Director and Executive Committee Member of the International Cable Protection Committee from 2013-2016.
