Terence Fong, Partner, ERM

Terence Fong is a Partner with ERM responsible for undertaking environmental impact assessments, environmental monitoring and audit (EM&A) and permitting (including right of way and environmental approvals) for submarine utilities, infrastructure development projects, and international and domestic telecommunications systems in the Asia Pacific region.  He has over nineteen years experience in ecological research, environmental management and marine conservation and is highly familiar with environmental and pollution issues.  Terence is experienced at leading stakeholder engagement activities in support permitting submarine cable systems.  He managed and provided key technical input to several projects involving route planning and permitting for submarine telecommunications cable systems including Jupiter, HKA, PLCN, ASE, APG and TGN-IA cable systems, as well as various cable repair permitting works.
