Moe Hsiang Tan, Director. Submarine Cable Planning, Singtel

Mr. Tan Moe Hsiang is currently the Director of Submarine Cable Planning Department in Singtel. Mr. Tan is responsible for the strategic planning and investment of Singtel’s regional and global submarine cable projects. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for product development and driving revenue growth and P&L of the Singtel ConnectPlus MPLS business. He has more than 15 years of experience in the telecom industry spanning across different roles and responsibilities ranging from regulatory, pre-sales, network planning and project management in different global telecoms operators, including C2C and Tata Communications. He holds a Masters of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
