David Waller, Route Planning and Reporting Manager, EGS Survey Group

DAVID WALLER obtained a BSc in Physics at the University of Leeds, followed by a DIC and MSC in Geophysics at Imperial College, London.

After working for the Bureau of Mineral Resources in Australia he joined the Geophysics Division of Wimpey Laboratories in the UK and in 1976 joined Electronic and Geophysical Services Ltd shortly after the formation of that Company.
Career experience includes over 40 years designing, executing, interpreting and reporting of multidisciplinary geophysical projects. This has included on-site involvement in projects throughout Australasia, Africa the Americas and the Middle East.
His current role is as a Senior Geoscientist/Reporting Manager with EGS (Asia) Ltd, with responsibility for the development of cable routes to meet ICPC and Purchaser guidelines, combined with co-ordination and writing of Cable Route Studies.
