Jo Conroy, Senior Network Architect (Subsea), Centurylink

Jo is a Senior Network Architect for CenturyLink (formally Level 3 Communications) which operates 55,000km of privately owned subsea infrastructure. Jo has responsibility for defining the architectures / selecting technology deployed on the subsea network to ensure the business continues to offer scalable and economic capacity globally. 

Jo started her telecoms career at BT and Fujitsu before joining Cable & Wireless Network Services in 1994, the start of a 25yr career in subsea telecoms industry working internationally delivering, operating  and maintaining subsea systems.   

Jo holds a BSc. and an M.Eng. in Communications Engineering from University of Kent at Canterbury.
