O bezpłatny udział w konferencji mogą ubiegać się, wyłącznie za zgodą Terrapinn, osoby będące przedstawicielami polskich samorządów lokalnych i polskich instytucji rządowych. Bezpłatny bilet wstępu jest ważny wyłącznie z pisemnym potwierdzeniem wystawionym przez Terrapinn.

Free entry for local Polish government

Persons eligible for a complimentary pass are defined as employees of Polish local and national government authorities exclusively, and all passes are subject to approval by Terrapinn. You MUST receive written confirmation from Terrapinn for your guest pass to be valid.

Terms and Conditions

1. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
2. Terrapinn reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and / or the alteration of the dates of the event.
3. Terrapinn is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alternation, postponement or cancellation of an event.

*Registration includes lunch, refreshments and full conference documentations. The complimentary pass does not include hotel accommodation.
