Paul Gregersen is Managing Director of Bupa Care Services, Australia. He has been a Managing Director for over 20 years, with a particular focus on understanding customers to ensure excellence in service delivery. Paul joined Bupa in 2001. After managing Bupa’s largest hospital in the UK for 3 years, Paul moved with Bupa to Singapore as Chief Executive Officer for a number of primary health and care businesses in Asia. In 2006, Paul was appointed Director & Chief Representative for Bupa in China, where he established a representative office and scoped the market opportunity for health insurance. Since October 2008, Paul has led Bupa Care Services in Australia. During this time, the company has experienced strong growth and developed a philosophy that puts the resident at the heart of ‘everything we do’. Bupa Care Services has 47 aged care homes caring for 4,000 residents across Australia.
