Kusumo Martanto is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blibli.com, Indonesia leading e-commerce that offers the best online shopping experience and services. Kusumo’s vision is to make Blibli.com as The Indonesian e-commerce leader that provides easy access to wide selection of products and offerings with the best service.
Prior to returning to Indonesia to help co-founding GDP and GDN (Blibli.com) Kusumo spent more than 15 years in United States, working for Global Fortune Top 100 companies like Honeywell Aerospace, i2 Technologies and Intel. Besides leading Blibli.com, he also holds a position as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of GDP Venture, holding company of Blibli.com.
Early in 2015, Kusumo has been awarded the The Marketeer of the Year Jakarta 2015 for e-Commerce categories to acknowledge individuals who did an extra mile to execute marketing strategies that have not only produced tangible results but also created an impact in the community in general. He is also elected as the VP Commerce for ICSB (International Council for Small Business) Indonesia chapter.
He earned his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Bachelor of Science degree with highest distinction in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. Kusumo is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt. |
