CBRE Global Investors Asia Pacific is the regional division of CBRE Global Investors, sponsoring real estate investment programs across the risk/return spectrum for institutional investors worldwide.

The group, formed as a result of the merger between CBRE Investors and ING Real Estate Investment Management Asia, has been actively investing in the region since 1996. During our 16 years of real estate investment management experience in the region, we have invested in all major sectors and most countries in Asia Pacific, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Australia.

CBRE Global Investors Asia Pacific has over 120 real estate professionals located in seven offices across the region. With this experienced platform the company is well positioned to identify a wide range of opportunities in both the public and private sectors. As of September 30, 2011, CBRE Global Investors Asia Pacific manages seven commingled funds and three separate accounts with a total of US$5.2 billion in assets under management .
