Khoon Ng, President, Country Garden Asset Management

Mr. Khoon Ng has extensive experience of over 20 years in real estate investment, structured financing, investment banking and corporate management. Khoon is President of Country Garden Asset Management. Prior to Country Garden, Khoon was the executive director of Fineland Real Estate, managing corporate finance and property sales within the group as a board member. Besides, Khoon was an investment banker in RBS and JP Morgan in Hong Kong, with notable transactions such as direct investment, IPO, pre-IPO investement, bond offerings and share placements for Yintai, Changsheng, Greentown, Shui On, Prosperity REIT, Kowloon Development, etc. Khoon started his real estate finance career in Pacific Star in Singapore. Khoon has a Master of Applied Finance degree from University of Melbourne where he also won the top student award. He was conferred Chartered Management Account in 2000 after completing 3 years of training from recognized professional firm and passed all CIMA exams. He also has a B.A (honors) of Business Accounting from University of Linclon, UK
 
Country Garden Asset Management:
Country Garden Asset Management (“CGAM”) is the financial platform within Country Garden group. As both investment and financing arm for the group, CGAM has already completed many successful deals, with total amount of over RMB 25 billion Since July 2015. The product portfolio includes real estate direct investment, mezzanine debt, merger & acquisition fund, ABS, distressed fund. CGAM closed the first non-guarantee ABS in China. Also, CGAM has established a distressed fund with size of RMB 6 billion. With the solid network with leading financial institutions and professional insights in property development, CGAM kept leading the market in China. CGAM has a professional and experienced team in both real estate business and capital market, who has working experience in investment banks, private equity, property developer and law firm.
