Dr Jillian Ney is the UK’s first Dr of Social Media and a Digital Behavioural Scientist.  She is a consultant for marketers helping them to optimise their marketing initiatives by analysing social data to find out how their customers make decisions. 
 
Throwing back to the Mad Men era, Dr Jillian brings a modern twist to the science of marketing, combining data, psychology, neuroscience, behaviour and decision sciences.  Her lively presentations have seen her present at TEDx, NATO, the Market Research Society, and to large organisations all over the world.

Technology and Strategy Roundtables

With rising passenger expectations and rapidly-changing technology, how can we as an industry evolve to meet these challenges? Our roundtables are hosted by senior level topic specialists. Participants are asked to introduce themselves to the table, and then as a group, they brainstorm and produce their suggestions on what technology would work best for them. After 35 minutes, there is one rotation, so participants can join two tables during the session.
