Javier Delgado has 42 experience years in the Agribusiness and 36 in Rural Finance, is since October, 2002, CEO of the Trust fund for the Capitalization and Investment of the Rural Sector in Mexico, (FOCIR), having created and triggered the concept of Investment Funds for Agribusiness.Acting as Fund of Funds, developed the first tier Generic Figure (as a trade mark) Agribusiness Capital Investment Fund (FICA for its Spanish acronym), created under a new legal figure, to guarante fiscal transparency.
