Learn how to use CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript WebWorks APIs to transform your existing web assets into a BlackBerry Super App! We’ll then show you how to take your BlackBerry WebWorks application from the BlackBerry

  • Building your first app – Understanding how to use the development tools to create a “Hello World” application.
  • Leveraging existing Web Assets – Transforming remote web content into a standalone application (e.g. HTML5 or Flash game).
  • Integrating with the PlayBook – Discuss various HTML5 and WebWorks APIs that let you build integrated device functionality into your app.
  • UI Guidelines and Best Practices – How best to design your WebWorks app to support both the Smartphone and PlayBook with the same code.
  • Deployment – Code signing, App World distribution.
