Lisbeth Gdalia Chapon, is Program Director in  the Finance and Product Supply Competency Center at Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland. In her role she coordinates project teams with line of business with a strong focus on process simplification and harmonization and elimination of pain points. The portfolio of projects she manages covers the following areas: Quality Control, Shop floor and manufacturing execution, Supply chain optimization and focusing on process improvement, Customer facing and Innovation. She is also in charge of the lean transformation of the competency center and the industrialization of project management
