Mr Graeme Craig, Director of Commercial Development,, Transport for London

Graeme is responsible for all Transport for London’s non-fares income. This includes income from advertising, sponsorship, retail, property development, telecoms and car parking. Having been responsible for the creation of a single commercial function looking across all of TfL’s assets, Graeme is tasked with demonstrating that a more strategic and integrated commercial approach can grow non-fares revenues well beyond their current £240m a year.   TfL is one of London’s largest landowners with over 5,500 acres of land across the capital, including over 400 stations. TfL manages the city's Tube and bus networks, as well as the DLR, London Overground, London Tramlink, the Cycle Hire Scheme, London River Service, Victoria Coach Station and the Emirates Air Line. TfL is increasingly working with commercial partners to provide products and services to its 10 million rail and bus users every day, including the introduction of 'click & collect' services at over 40 of its station car parks.   Graeme joined TfL in 2004, initially to run the Congestion Charging operation. Originally from Edinburgh, Graeme now lives in Surrey, with his wife, Vicki, and 6 year-old-son, Henry.
