Significant knowledge of the  Payments business, with an emphasis on new technology developments, alternative payments and Fintech and a very good understanding of fraud, AML & security regulations and trends. Mobile developments of all types are high on the agenda. I am also very interested in the customer-facing perspective, especially loyalty and customer retention, the role of marketing and data analysis and increasingly, machine learning and AI.
