Tony Fulton works with the Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit of Oracle and has an IT and Management Consulting background.  Having spent 17 formative years in the Oil & Gas and Energy & Utilities industries and five years in Travel and Transportation, Tony has extensive experience in IT led and IT enabled business transformation.  Operating as a Director of Industry Strategy, Tony is focused on working with his clients to bring about significant increases in effectiveness and efficiency through the application of Oracle Primavera’s leading Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management solution.
