Mr Kevin Tan, Sales Director (Asia), Avention

Based in Singapore, Kevin Tan, Sales Director (Asia), is responsible for driving sales in all industry segments and major accounts for Avention Inc., (formerly OneSource).  Kevin is also in charge of the development and execution of the strategy and programmes for sales operations in the region.

In 2002, Kevin started to grow the business within Asia, and since been recognised for reaching his sales quota year on year. With his outstanding achievements within the organisation and rich understanding of the information industry, Kevin currently leads the sales initiatives driving the new brand. Under his expertise, the Avention client base has increased rapidly across Asia and is still growing.

Prior to joining Avention, Kevin first started his career with Dow Jones, moving on to Reuters and then AFX news.

Kevin holds a BSC in Economics with 2nd Upper Class Honours awarded by the University of London.
