Mr. Eric Lui is the Chief IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Manager of MTR Corporation Limited overseeing IT strategy, business-IT alignment, application portfolio management and technology management.    Through the practice of enterprise architecting, series of IT strategies and goals have been established and executed to support Corporation’s vision and business objectives. Through close partnering with business departments, IT projects have been formulated, developed and successfully delivered as an integral part of the business services. It has helped to build a successful IT brand name within MTR, among group companies and within railway industry.    With over 30 years of professional experiences, Eric has spent most of his time in railway industry. Eric possesses a wide spectrum of knowledge and professional qualifications including IT, computer audit, law, accounting, transport and marketing. Eric also serves in the Enterprise Architecture Special Interest Group of Hong Kong Computer Society as vice-chairman.
