Betty is a seasoned professional in e-commerce and online marketing for brick-and-mortar businesses in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific region. Currently, she is the Director of E-commerce & Digital for the APAC regional office for Fossil Group, leading the e-commerce, digital marketing and CRM development in the region for Fossil, Skagen and WSI, a multi-brand watch retail format that sells watches from Fossil’s licensed partners including Emporio Armani, Michael Kors, Marc by Marc Jacobs, adidas, DIESEL, Karl Lagafeld, etc. Prior to Fossil, Betty was Director of E-commerce for Walmart China, started up the e-commerce function in China for the world’s biggest retailer. She also worked at Sasa.com for 6 years helping the region’s biggest cosmetics retailer to enter the China e-commerce market.
