Mr Andy Chang, Director of Digital Marketing, Asia Pacific, Hyatt Asia Pacific Ltd

Andy joined Hyatt in 2013 to oversee the hotel chain’s digital marketing and e-commerce activities in Asia Pacific, including social media and in-hotel guest digital experience.  He is currently focused on helping Hyatt hotels in Asia Pacific deliver memorable and social guest experiences leveraging social media, analytics, CRM and mobile.
 
Prior to joining Hyatt, Andy managed a few digital marketing technology start-ups in Hong Kong and spent 10 years with MRM Worldwide, the digital and CRM marketing arm of McCann Worldgroup in various capacities – from Analytics Director in Los Angeles to General Manager in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
